The design on the cover is from Egypt. It was obtained from The
Grammar of Ornament, originally published in 1856 by Owen Jones (1808-74).
The colored losenges in the figure are related to each other by 180 degree
rotations with a center of rotation at the center of any adjacent losenge.
This type of symmetry is called a 2-fold rotation.
